Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Für den Anhang wurde daher von den in § 288 HGB genannten Erleichterungen Gebrauch gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Dabei ist die Neufassung des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) durch das Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) beachtet worden. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 Abs. VIII S. 1 EGHGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 Abs. VIII S. 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bewertung ist nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 - 256a HGB vorgenommen worden. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten erfolgt nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern-Prinzip gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Die gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie die ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages wurden beachtet. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt grundsätzlich zum Nennwert. Liquide Mittel (Bankbestand) werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§253 Abs.1 S. 2 HGB). Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Zusätzliche Angaben zur BilanzForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von € 26.000,27 (Vorjahr 26.164,49) haben in Höhe von € 24.600,00 (Vorjahr 24.600,00) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von € 1.195,73 (Vorjahr € 29.016,16) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. ErgebnisverwendungBezüglich des Jahresüberschusses beabsichtigt der Geschäftsführer, der Gesellschafterversammlung vorzuschlagen, daß dieser auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen wird.
