Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2010 bis zum 31. Dezember 2010 (Offenlegungsexemplar)1. Allgemeine Angaben 1.1 Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. 1.2 Der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegt das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde. 1.3 Von Erleichterungs- und Schutzklauseln wurde wie folgt Gebrauch gemacht: § 288 HGB 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze 2.1 Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen sind in Anlehnung an die von der Finanzverwaltung aufgestellten Abschreibungstabellen oder entsprechend der betriebsindividuellen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt worden. Die Abschreibung wurde linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 150,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. 2.2 Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Schätzung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrag. 2.3 Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. 3. Einzelangaben zu den Positionen der Bilanz 3.1 Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Ausgaben, die für einen bestimmten Zeitraum im Voraus geleistet wurden, wurden aktiv abgegrenzt. 3.2 Sonstige Rückstellungen Unter dieser Position sind ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen, unter anderem Abschlusskosten. 4. Zusätzliche Angaben 4.1 Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 (2009) sind durchschnittlich 6 (6) Mitarbeiter beschäftigt worden. Davon entfallen auf Angestellte 4 (4) gewerbliche Arbeitnehmer 2 (2) 4.2 Gesamtbezüge der Geschäftsführung: Angaben über diese Gesamtbezüge unterbleiben gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB. 4.3 Geschäftsführer Name, Vorname; Beruf Denzel, Rainer; Kaufmann Ulm, den 22.
