Forderungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt Die Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit Ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterung zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände - Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr betragen : 6.280,15 € - Enthalten sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter Gilles Berthou von : 12.500,00 € (Ausstehende Stammeinlagen von 12.500 € sind eingefordert) Verbindlichkeiten : - Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über 5 Jahre betragen : 0,00 € - Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen : 0,00 € - Enthalten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter von : 0,00 € - Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte und ähnlichen Rechten durch die GmbH gesichert sind,betragen : 0,00 € Sonstige Angaben Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.
