Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Handelsregisternummer: HRB 215381 Finanzamt: München-Abt. Umlaufvermögen Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen Forderungen aus Umsatzsteuer mit einer Laufzeit unter einem Jahr. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten bestehen bei der Commerzbank AG mit einer Laufzeit unter einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen gegenüber der Kufner Holding GmbH mit einer Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Rechtliche Verhältnisse - Unternehmensverträge Am 26.02.2015 wurde mit der Kufner Holding GmbH, München ein Beherrschungsvertrag geschlossen. Demnach wird die Leitung der Kufner Holding GmbH (Untergesellschaft) an die Kufner Kauf GmbH (Obergesellschaft) übertragen. Der Vertrag wurde auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen. Er kann ordentlich mit einer Frist von einem Monat zum Ende eines jeden Geschäftsjahres der Untergesellschaft gekündigt werden. Mit der Kufner Holding GmbH, München besteht außerdem seit dem 25.05.2016 ein Ergebnisabführungsvertrag, welcher am 07.07.2016 in das Handelsregister eingetragen wurde. Der Vertrag ist unbefristet und kann von beiden Parteien unter Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist von sechs Monaten auf das Ende eines jeden Geschäftsjahres der Kufner Holding GmbH gekündigt werden, jedoch frühestens zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem die steuerliche Fünf-Jahresfrist des §14 KStG erfüllt ist. Von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreite Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr:
