Anhang1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit ihren nachgewiesenen Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Bei den Abschreibungen wurde die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer berücksichtigt. Die Wertpapiere wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind angabegemäß weder mit konkreten noch mit allgemeinen Kreditrisiken belastet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für bilanzierungspflichtige Risiken in ausreichendem Umfang gebildet worden. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen unter Beachtung der Bilanzierungshöchstgrenzen ausgewiesen. 2. Gegenstand der Gesellschaft Corporate Design, E-Commerce, Online-Design, Print Design, Schrift Design, Textentwicklung, Marketing, Kampagnen, Illustrationen, Programmierung, Druckproduktion, Strategie-, Design- und Produktionsberatung, Social Media, Online-Marketing, Webanalyse, Suchmaschinenoptimierung. 3. Geschäftsführer Zum alleinigen Geschäftsführer ist Herr Markus Remscheid bestellt worden. Er ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den einschränkenden Bestimmungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
