Bilanzierungsmethoden Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden unter Anwendung der §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und § 276 Satz 1 HGB wird hinsichtlich der Offenlegung Gebrauch gemacht. Die Wahlrechte in § 288 Satz 1 und § 326 HGB wurden beansprucht. 2. Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung des Umlaufvermögens erfolgte unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips gem. § 253 Abs. 1 und 4 HGB. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Rückstellungen wurden gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert, § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. 3. Angaben zu Einzelposten der Bilanz Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von 237.813,14 EUR. Davon betreffen 237.813,14 EUR Forderungen aus Darlehen gegenüber der Gesellschafterin. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von 128.000,51 EUR. Hierbei handelt es sich um Verbindlichkeiten aus Ergebnisabführungsverträgen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. Die Geschäftsleitung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, das Ergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. 4. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren im Geschäftsjahr: Herr Andreas Biermann, Berlin Herr Arne Biermann, Braunschweig Mit der b2 Holding GmbH, Braunschweig, als herrschendem Unternehmen wurde ein Gewinnabführungsvertrag geschlossen. Die Gesellschaft gilt damit als verbundenes Unternehmen der b2 Holding GmbH, Braunschweig.
