Anhang für Offenlegungszwecke3H Investments GmbH,MünchenAnhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2010ANZUWENDENDE VORSCHRIFTEN 1. Anwendung des Handelsgesetzbuches Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 I HGB auf. Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes. Der vorliegende Abschluss für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrund-sätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB). 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Beteiligungen sind in Höhe der Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ 3. Verbindlichkeiten Eine Besicherung von Verbindlichkeiten durch Grundpfandrechte besteht nicht. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. 4. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden weder Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB noch sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. SONSTIGE ANGABEN 5. Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Fehlbetrag für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr in Höhe von € 2.673,28 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. 6. Geschäftsführung Im Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2010 war Herr Dipl.-Kfm. Stefan Franz, Unternehmensberater, als Geschäftsführer bestellt. 7. Sonstiges Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274 a, 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. München, den 29.
