ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Vorschriften in §§ 242 ff. HGB und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften in §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie den Regelungen in § 42 GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 und Abs. 4 HGB auf und nimmt daher bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechende größenabhängige Erleichterungen in Anspruch. Geänderte Vorschriften zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung infolge des BilMoG wurden im Geschäftsjahr 2010 erstmalig angewendet, soweit sie für die Gesellschaft relevant sind. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen decken alle zum Zeitpunkt der Jahresabschlusserstellung erkennbaren Risiken ab und sind nach vernünftigen kaufmännischen Grundsätzen ermittelt worden. Sie sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zu den Posten der Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Das im Handelsregister eingetragene Stammkapital der Gesellschaft, das als Gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen wird, beträgt DM 50.000,00 (= EUR 25.564,59). IV. Sonstige Angaben Stellung als unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der Otto Kuhmann GmbH & Co. Grundbesitz KG, Düsseldorf, sowie der Otto Kuhmann GmbH & Co. Objekt Frechen KG, Düsseldorf. Geschäftsführung Zum Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2010 Herr Dr. Christoph Kuhmann, Rechtsanwalt, bestellt. Düsseldorf, 23. Februar 2011
