AnhangA. Vorbemerkung
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2009 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Die Gliederung des Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt unverändert nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB).
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die im Wirtschaftsjahr 2009 angeschafften Wirtschaftgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen 150,00 EUR und 1.000,00 EUR werden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben.
Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, die das laufende Geschäftsjahr betreffen.
Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.
Die Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.
C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Wirtschaftgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen 150,00 EUR und 1.000,00 EUR wurden im Berichtsjahr als Sammelposten aktiviert und auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 4.760,00 EUR.
Flüssige Mittel Unter den flüssigen Mitteln sind Bankguthaben ausgewiesen. Die Bestände sind durch gleichlautende Bankauszüge zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen.
Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt am 31.12.2009 EUR 50.000,00 und ist voll einbezahlt.
Rückstellungen Ausgewiesen sind Rückstellungen für Jahresabschluss- und Beratungskosten.
Verbindlichkeiten Gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 1.021,82. Haftungsverhältnisse bestehen keine.
D. Ergebnisverwendung
Über die Ergebnisverwendung entscheidet die Gesellschafterversammlung.
