Anhang der Dinami GmbH, Grünwald für das Geschäftsjahr 2014I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Weitere Aufstellungsgrundlage war der Gesellschaftsvertrag, sofern er Auswirkungen auf die Inanspruchnahme von Bewertungswahlrechten hat. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB) für den Anhang wurden in Anspruch genommen. Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr. Der Jahresabschluss zeigt die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2014 bis 31.12.2014. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung wird unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit vorgenommen. Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet, die bei zeitlich begrenzter Nutzung um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert werden. Abschreibungen im Jahr des Zugangs werden stets pro rata temporis (monatsgenau) vorgenommen. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags bemessen und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten haben in Höhe von EUR 6.183.448,39 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren und sind in Höhe von EUR 8.743.942,88 wie folgt besichert:

Die Geschäftsführer vertreten die Gesellschaft jeweils mit einem weiteren Geschäftsführer oder mit einem Prokuristen. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen gem. § 181 BGB befreit. Die Dinami GmbH wird in den Teilkonzernabschluss der ECO Business-Immobilien AG (Firmenbuch des Handelsgerichts Wien FN 241364 y) einbezogen. Die ECO Business-Immobilien AG sowie ihre Tochtergesellschaften werden in den Konzernabschluss der conwert immobilien invest SE, Wien (Firmenbuch des Handelsgerichts Wien, Nummer FN 212163 f) einbezogen.
