AnhangAllgemeine AngabenDie RAN Experts GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart (HRB 741885). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und BewertungDie zu Anschaffungskosten aktivierten immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear pro rata temporis über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, angesetzt.Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungspreis bis zu € 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzAnlagevermögen Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist unter Angabe der Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahrs im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter von 1.589,78 € ausgewiesen. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von 25.000,00 € ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für Personalkosten. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:

Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor. Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach den §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen.
