ANHANG zum 31. Dezember 2010conmedus GmbH, Düsseldorf I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches gegliedert. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Die Bewertung wurde unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit, § 252 HGB Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB, vorgenommen. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu historischen

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Wertberichtigungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet. Das Gezeichnete Kapital (Stammkapital) ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden zum Zeitpunkt der Abschlusserstellung für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Sie sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Vorschriften angesetzt und bewertet worden. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Die auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten. III. Sonstige Angabe n Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der conmedus GmbH durch die drei Geschäftsführer:
- Herr Priv.-Doz. Dr. Jürgen Grötz, Wuppertal, Arzt - Herr Priv.-Doz. Dr. Frank-Chris Schoebel, Meerbusch, Arzt Die Geschäftsführer sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. IV.
