Allgemeine Angaben: Die Firma M3i GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München und wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 228524 geführt. Der Jahresabschluss der Firma M3i GmbH wurde auf Grundlage des Handelsgesetzbuches §§ 238 ff HGB erstellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf einen Lagebericht wurde verzichtet. Ferner wurde von den Erleichterungen gem. § 274a HGB und 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz zum 31.12.2022 wurden unverändert auf den 01.01.2023 übernommen. Soweit möglich, wurden die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung: Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. a.) zur Bilanz: Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit ihren Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten gem. § 255 Abs. 1 und Abs. 2 HGB angesetzt. Bei den abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen wurde eine planmäßige Abschreibung unter Zugrundelegung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Die Gesellschaft hat kein Vorratsvermögen. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren aufgrund fehlender Risiken keine Wertberichtigungen vorzunehmen. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Anfalls nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. In den Verbindlich-keiten sind Schulden gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 83.294,44 € (Vorjahr: 100.895,83 €) enthalten. Die Fristigkeiten der Verbindlichkeiten sind wie folgt:
b.) zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung: Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. III. Sonstige Angaben: Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB liegen nicht vor. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen sind nicht zu verzeichnen. Die Geschäftsleitung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 29 Mitarbeiter. IV. Angaben zur Geschäftsführung: Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres waren als Geschäftsführer gemeinsam zur Vertretung der Gesellschaft berechtigt:
