Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2018
I. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Gärtner General Partner GmbH - nachfolgend "Gärtner GP" oder "Gesellschaft" - hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf (HRB 54655).
Da die Gesellschaft eine Kapitalgesellschaft ist, sind die Vorschriften der Kapitalgesellschaften nach §§ 264 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) anzuwenden.
Die Gärtner GP erfüllt gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB die Größenkriterien für eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Sie hat von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Anhangs teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.
Die Bilanz entspricht grundsätzlich dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema (§ 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB); für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) angewandt.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Bei den Bewertungsansätzen des Jahresabschlusses wurde vom Fortbestand der Gesellschaft ausgegangen. Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen nach handelsrechtlichen Grundsätzen.
Es haben sich keine Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr ergeben.
Anlagevermögen
Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.
Umlaufvermögen
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bemessen und erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in angemessenem Umfang.
Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. Zinsen wurden periodengerecht abgegrenzt.
III. Angaben zur Bilanz
Anlagevermögen
Zur Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2018 einschließlich der kumulierten Anschaffungskosten und der kumulierten Abschreibungen wird auf den separat dargestellten Anlagespiegel verwiesen.
Umlaufvermögen
Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit über ein Jahr bestehen nicht.
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen entfallen in Höhe von EUR 543.986,55 (i. Vj. EUR 514.019,89) auf die alleinige Gesellschafterin AEW Europe S.A..
Restlaufzeiten ergeben sich aus dem im Anhang beigefügten Verbindlichkeitenspiegel.
IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Zinsen und ähnliche Aufwendungen entfallen ausschließlich auf die Gesellschafterin AEW Europe.
V. Sonstige Angaben
Mitarbeiter sind nicht beschäftigt.

Es wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresfehlbetrag für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 in Höhe von EUR 9.390,03 zusammen mit dem Verlustvortrag von EUR 77.246,56 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres 2018 sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung eingetreten.
VI. Konzernverhältnisse
Der Jahresabschluss Gärtner GP wird nicht in einen Konzernabschluss einbezogen.
