ANHANGA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Soweit ein Wahlrecht hinsichtlich einer Angabe in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung einerseits oder dem Anhang andererseits besteht, wurde dieses Wahlrecht aus Gründen des Sachzusammenhanges grundsätzlich zu Gunsten der Angabe in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ausgeübt. B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert geblieben. I. Anwendung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie unter zusätzlicher Beachtung der steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. II. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Teilwertabschreibungen wurden auf Forderungen in Höhe des zu erwartenden Ausfalls vorgenommen. Forderungsabschreibungen wurden in Höhe des Nennwertes unter Berücksichtigung der Umsatzsteuer vorgenommen. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei den Kreditinstituten wurden mit Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. III. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. IV. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen aus Leistungen sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Bei den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen bestehen keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. D. Sonstige Angaben I. Gewinnverwendung Der Jahresfehlbetrag wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. II. Geschäftsführer Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres 2009 wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Franz Weinzierl, Riedering, geführt. Erlach, den 30.
