Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Sound Brothers Verwaltungs GmbH wird gemäß den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Er ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266, 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) sowie ergänzender Vorschriften des GmbHG gegliedert. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Merkmale einer kleinen GmbH auf. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. 2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung a. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung erfolgte mit den Anschaffungskosten. Eine Forderung in Höhe von 10.000,00 € hat eine Laufzeit von über einem Jahr. b. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Der Bankbestand wurde mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. c. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen; die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. d. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt und haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 3. Sonstige Angaben a. Geschäftsführer Die Geschäftsführung wird von dem Kaufmann Frank Zimbardo wahrgenommen. Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Sound Brothers GmbH & Co. KG die ihren Sitz in Berlin hat.
