Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden haben sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert. Bei der Bewertung ist von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) ausgegangen worden, da weder tatsächliche noch rechtliche Gegebenheiten dem entgegenstehen. Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet: - Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden mit dem voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Forderungen haben in Höhe von T€ 383 (Vorjahr T€ 383) eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr. Der Jahresüberschuss 2023 soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. Die Gesellschaft hat sich gegenüber einem deutschen Kreditinstitut verpflichtet, während der Aufrechterhaltung einer Kreditlinie für einen Dritten den Kreditnehmer der Bank ausreichend mit Eigenkapital auszustatten, sodass dieser Kreditnehmer seine Finanzkennzahlen einhalten kann. Mit einer Inanspruchnahme aus den Haftungsverhältnissen ist zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt aufgrund der Bonität und des Zahlungsverhaltens des Dritten nicht zu rechnen. Sollte es doch zu einer Inanspruchnahme kommen, würden diese Einlagen zu aktivierungspflichtigen Finanzanlagen führen. Sonstige Angaben Im Unternehmen wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
