Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023der Plazotta Lifestyle GmbH, MünchenA. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in München und ist im Handelsregister des AG München unter der Nummer HRB 258886 eingetragen. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 242 ff., 264ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung aufgestellt. a. Aktiva 1. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände Diese sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. 2. Sachanlagen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bilanziert. Es kommt die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 800,-- sind gem. § 6 (2) EStG sofort als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt worden. 3. Finanzanlagen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Finanzanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. 4. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Diese sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. 5. Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Diese sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. 6. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in zutreffend berechneter Höhe angesetzt worden. b. Passiva 1. Eigenkapital Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. 2. Rückstellungen Zur Abdeckung ungewisser Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages Rückstellungen gebildet. Da die Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, unterbleibt eine Abzinsung. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Die Ansätze erfolgen zum Rückzahlungsbetrag. c. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 HGB aufgestellt d. Erläuterungen zu Bilanzposten Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. e. Sonstige Angaben 1. Verbindlichkeiten/ Forderungen gegenüber Mitgliedern des Geschäftsführungsorgans Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten i.H.v. EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr EUR 0,00) und Forderungen i.H.v. EUR 6.229,88 (Vorjahr EUR 6.198,88). 2. Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans Als Geschäftsführer sind bestellt: Herr Hupf, Erich Herr Yu, Fan Sie vertreten die Gesellschaft allein und sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
