Schlussbemerkung: Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom:
wurde, ausgehend von der Vorjahresbilanz, aus den Büchern des Unternehmens unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften, nach Grundsätzen der ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung und unter Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsmethoden aufgestellt. Alle Finanzkonten sind durch entsprechende Auszüge nachgewiesen.

AnhangBilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenBei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handels-, Steuer- und Gesellschaftsrechts beachtet. Die Gesellschaft weist am Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 2 HGB auf. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen sind für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Betrag gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2011Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betrugen zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter betrugen zum Bilanzstichtag 18.054,34 Euro. Die Gesellschafter treten im Rang gegenüber anderen Gläubigern zurück. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro.
