Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014I. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist zum 31. Dezember 2014 nach den Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vom 25. Mai 2009 und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt worden. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Abschreibungen werden planmäßig nach der linearen Methode entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Anlagen vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 410,00 werden im Anschaffungsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die unfertigen Leistungen werden mit den Herstellungskosten bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert aktiviert. Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Nennwerten. Für erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet. Das allgemeine Kredit- und Zinsrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Bei der Bildung der Rückstellungen wird den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen. Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. III. Erläuterungen zur BilanzVerbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr und sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen betragen:

Die 7Seas marketing process GmbH (vormals: 7Seas global content management GmbH) wird in den Konzernabschluss der Jung von Matt Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, einbezogen. Dieser wird unter HRB 72893 beim elektronischen Bundesanzeiger offengelegt. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
