AnhangBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten / Herstellungskosten bewertet und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben. Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibungen wird auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgestellt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs in vollem Umfang abgeschrieben (§ 6 EStG). Bei der Verteilung der Anschaffungskosten / Herstellungskosten kommt für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter die lineare Abschreibungsmethode (§ 7 Abs. 1 EStG) zur Anwendung. Bei im Wirtschaftsjahr angeschafften Wirtschaftsgütern wurde die Abschreibung zeitanteilig ab dem Monat der Anschaffung in Anspruch genommen. Dem Anlagenspiegel gemäß § 268 Abs. 2 HGB wurden die historischen Anschaffungskosten zugrunde gelegt. Er ist dem Anhang beigefügt. Die Forderungen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bankguthaben / liquide Mittel wurden durch Bankauszug bzw. Kassenbericht nachgewiesen und sind zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen und decken alle erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Fristigkeiten und die Besicherung sind aus dem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel ersichtlich. Er ist dem Anhang als Anlage beigefügt. Angaben zur Bilanz Gemäß § 251 HGB auszuweisende Haftungsverhältnisse existieren nicht; außergewöhnliche Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen existieren nicht. In den Forderungen ist ein Gesellschafterdarlehen in Höhe von 72.970,02 € enthalten. Sonstige Angaben Zur Geschäftsführung war 2010 bestellt: Youssef Homayoun, Köln. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter der Nummer 49946 eingetragen.
