ANHANGI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2009, bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Anhang, wurde nach den Rechnungslegungs-Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft rechnet gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften, die hierfür geltenden Vereinfachungsregelungen wurden angewandt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde unverändert das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden nur bei entgeltlichem Erwerb zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden nach Maßgabe der gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer gemäß den amtlichen AfA-Tabellen berechnet. Abschreibungen auf Zugänge an abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens werden linear vorgenommen. Die Zugänge an geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern, sofern sie selbständig bewertbar und nutzbar sind, werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung oder Herstellung und in den folgenden 4 Wirschaftsjahren mit je 20% aufgelöst. Die unter den Vorräten ausgewiesenen Bestände werden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalbeträgen bewertet. Die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Auszahlungen vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen. Fremdwährungen werden zum Bilanzstichtagskurs umgerechnet. II. Angaben zu Positionen der Bilanz und sonstige Angaben Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände zum 31. Dezember 2009 haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Im Gesamtbetrag zum 31. Dezember 2009 sind keine Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten. Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt Euro 25.000,00. In den Rückstellungen sind alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit den Beträgen berücksichtigt, wie sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich sind. Am Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten nach § 251 HGB. Auf die Angabe der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung wird unter Verweis auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet. Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft wird von Carsten Gieseke, Wielandstr. 9, 12159 Berlin übernommen. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
