Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014Schaber GmbH, Tübinger Str. 15, 70178 StuttgartAllgemeine Angaben Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH- Gesetztes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn -und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Wertansätze der Bilanz der Schaber GmbH zum 31.12.2013 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen. Anlagevermögen Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer. Als Abschreibungsmethode kommt die lineare Absetzung für Abnutzung zur Anwendung. Umlaufvermögen Der Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Die Abschreibungen des laufenden Geschäftsjahres ergeben sich aus dem Anlagespiegel. Geschäftsführerorgane Gesamtbezüge ( § 285 Nr. 9 HGB) Auf die Angabe der Geschäftsführergehälter nach § 285 Nr. 9 HGB wird in Anwendung der Schutzklausel des § 286 IV HGB verzichtet.
