Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Liquidationsschlussbilanz der MetalAuctions.com GmbH i. L. wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
2.1 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Liquidationsschlussbilanz der MetalAuctions.com GmbH i. L. wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um die Verpflichtung zu erfüllen und entsprechen den zu erwartenden Ausgaben und drohenden Verlusten (Erfüllungsbetrag) Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgte vor Ergebnisverwendung.
3.1 Angaben und Erläuterungen zu Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen beinhalten die Steuerberatungskosten. 3.2 Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und sind durch übliche Vorbehalte besichert. 4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben 4.1 Namen der Geschäftsführer Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Liquidator Herrn Alexander M. Julius geführt. 4.2 Mitarbeiter Zum Bilanzstichtag waren keine Arbeitnehmer bei der Gesellschaft beschäftigt. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 21.06.2011
