Anhangfür das Geschäftsjahr 2019Allgemeine AngabenDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Gesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen des § 288 HGB in Anspruch. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und BewertungSachanlagen und immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, angesetzt.Die beweglichen Anlagegüter und immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von 5 bis 50 Jahren pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Den erkennbaren Einzelrisiken ist durch Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen worden. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten passiv abgegrenzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 5.873,99 (VJ: EUR 186,08) sowie die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 2.124.513,65 (VJ: EUR 2.390.798,15) haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Von den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten sind insgesamt EUR 8.416.020,78 (VJ: EUR 8.599.783,93) durch Grundpfandrechte und Abtretung von Ansprüchen aus bestehenden Miet- und Pachtverträgen gesichert. Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern von EUR 2.110.845,83 (VJ: EUR 2.390.627,10) ausgewiesen.
