ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 der EURASIA SAGA GmbH, Bremen, wird auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vom 25. Mai 2009 aufgestellt. Aufgrund der erstmaligen Anwendung der durch das BilMoG geänderten Vorschriften auf den Jahresabschluss haben sich keine Änderungen ergeben. Die EURASIA SAGA GmbH ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. Der Abschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die übrigen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie entsprechen den zu erwartenden Aufwendungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäfte werden durch den Kaufmann Herrn Hartmut Meya geführt. Dieser ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Bremen, 16. September 2011 gez.
