Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in dem erforderlichen Umfang aufgestellt. Die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren. Ein Lagebericht wurde wegen fehlender gesetzlicher Verpflichtung nicht erstellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Sondervorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften §§ 265 bis 283 HGB und § 42 GmbHG vorgenommen. Das Eigenkapital, das sich aus Stammkapital, Gewinnvortrag und Jahresfehlbetrag zusammensetzt, ist auf Grund des Gesellschaftsvertrages bzw. der Gesellschafterbeschlüsse gebildet. Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft ist voll eingezahlt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Kostenanfalls dotiert. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Aktiva Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich fortgesetzter steuerlich zulässiger Abschreibungen angesetzt. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Forderungen betreffen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. In den Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Reisekostenvorschüsse und das Umlaufvermögen der Filiale Minsk ausgewiesen. 4. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer: Dipl.-Inf. Uwe Krieger und Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing. Martin Berr-Sorokin Für die Geschäftführung entfällt die Angabe der Kosten gemäß § 286 IV HGB. Jahresergebnis Das Jahresergebnis ist in Übereinstimmung mit dem Ausweis in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung.
