Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr zum 31. Dezember 2010I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und befindet sich seit dem 19.08.2009 in Liquidation. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und zehn Jahren) angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben, soweit sie nicht als Sammelposten zu aktivieren waren. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt, falls erforderlich. Eine Pauschalwertberichtigung wurde nicht gebildet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind. Forderungen, Verbindlichkeiten und flüssige Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt worden. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Das Bilanzergebnis soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht besichert. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. VI. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten Die Forderungen und die Verbindlichkeiten haben ausnahmslos eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als drei Monaten. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden nicht verzinst. VII. Eventualverbindlichkeiten und Haftungsverhältnisse Es bestehen weder Eventualverbindlichkeiten noch Haftungsverhältnisse. VIII. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch den hierzu bestellten Liquidator Kai Sauerwein, Kaufmann. Auf die Angabe der Gesamtbezüge der Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung gem. § 285 Nr. 9 HGB wurde im Hinblick auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet. Der Jahresabschluß wurde am 30.06.2011 festgestellt.
