Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2021Allgemeine AngabenDie junah GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Heidelberg und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Mannheim (Reg.Nr. HRB 726538). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG), des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Angaben Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. Um die Klarheit der Darstellung zu verbessern, sind einzelne Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zusammengefasst und daher in diesem Anhang gesondert aufgegliedert und erläutert. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung/Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und GuVForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbaren Einzelrisiken ist durch Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen, dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend Rechnung getragen worden. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzIn der Position "Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" sind keine Beträge größeren Umfangs enthalten, die erst nach dem Abschlussstichtag rechtlich entstehen. Das Stammkapital von € 25.000 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Rückstellungen für ausstehende Rechnungen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:
