ANHANG 2012PLUSS Industrie Service GmbH, Hamburg I. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH‑Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB) auf. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs‑ und Bewertungsmethoden Im Einzelnen werden folgende Bilanzierungs‑ und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt: Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nominalwert nach Abzug der erforderlichen Wertberichtigungen bilanziert. Es werden alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken berücksichtigt. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Bei der Bemessung der Steuer‑ und sonstigen Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung getragen. Für die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurde der Erfüllungsbetrag als Bewertungsmaßstab berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von € 437.094,02 (Vorjahr: € 832.432,33). Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von € 56.840,03 (Vorjahr: € 197.893,94) und gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 14.472,55 (Vorjahr: € 103.138,85) enthalten. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben Der Geschäftsführung gehörten im Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2012 bis zum 31. Dezember 2012 an: Wolfgang Ungerathen, Kaufmann, Lüneburg Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von € 18.617,86 enthalten. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen.
