Anhang FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2009I) ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Voraussetzungen einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. II) ANGABEN UND ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU POSITIONEN DER BILANZ UND GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG 1. Bilanzierungsmethode Der Jahresabschluss 2009 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kapitalgesellschaften und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Bilanzierungsmethode orientiert sich an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften. 2. Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige steuerliche Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die im Berichtsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG einem Sammelposten zugeführt und entsprechend dieser Vorschrift im Wirtschaftsjahr mit einem Fünftel abgeschrieben. Im Sammelposten geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter sind selbständig nutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als € 150,00 aber nicht mehr als € 1.000,00 enthalten. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die flüssigen Mittel (Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben) wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III) GESCHÄFTSFÜHRUNGSORGANE Als einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2009 bestellt: Herr Gerhard Brunner.
