Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011Firma OTW Beteiligungs-GmbH, MünsterA. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des § 42 GmbHG erstellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Form der Darstellung, insbesondere die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses, entspricht der des Vorjahres. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den ihr eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz gem. §§ 266 Abs. 1 und 274a HGB und bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs gem. § 288 HGB macht die Gesellschaft teilweise Gebrauch. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden In den Bilanzierungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr keine Änderungen eingetreten. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind an den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden. Die Bewertung der im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden entspricht den allgemeinen Bewertungsgrundsätzen der §§ 252 ff. HGB. Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert. C. Angaben zur Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde wie im Vorjahr nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. D. Sonstige Angaben Zum alleinigen Geschäftsführer mit Alleinvertretungsbefugnis ist bestellt
