AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss der TEKOM GmbH, München, wird nach den Gliederungs- und Ausweisvorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 ff. HGB erstellt. Bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs nimmt die Gesellschaft die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB in Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 167763 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer drei Jahre), angesetzt worden. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalwert aktiviert. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Am Abschlussstichtag bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von € 23.186,75 und Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von € 16.961,70 gegenüber Gesellschaftern; diese Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten ein Gesellschafterdarlehen in Höhe von € 6.762,49. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die EURA Personal GmbH, München, hält 50 % der Anteile an der TEKOM Industrielle Systemtechnik GmbH. Die Gesellschaften sind damit verbundene Unternehmen. Im Geschäftsjahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der TEKOM Industrielle Systemtechnik GmbH durch die alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer, Herr Sebastian Leiß und Herr Bülent Tulay, Kaufmann, München. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
