AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Gliederung von Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 Abs. 2 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB unter Beachtung der Regelungen des § 42 GmbHG. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung kommt - wie bisher - das Gesamtkostenverfahren zur Anwendung. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und zehn Jahren), angesetzt worden. Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Das Vorratsvermögen ist mit den Nettoeinkaufspreisen unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt worden. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko ist durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % auf die Netto-Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nominalwert aktiviert. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagegegenstände ist in einer Anlage zum Anhang dargestellt. Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelte sich wie folgt:
Der Bilanzgewinn wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Das Stammkapital beträgt € 590.000,00, so dass sich das Eigenkapital zum 31.12.2023 auf € 805.243,92 erhöht hat. Am Abschlussstichtag bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von € 477.652,45 und Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von € 91.649,36 gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen € 534.575,03. Am Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren. Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die Angaben im Zusammenhang mit den Verbindlichkeiten in einem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel zusammengefasst dargestellt.
Die Vergindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die EURA Personalservice GmbH, Dachau, hält 74,58 % der Anteile an der EURA Personal GmbH. Die Gesellschaften sind damit verbundene Unternehmen. Die EURA Personal Süd GmbH ist eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der EURA Personal GmbH. Im übrigem wird auf die Schutzklausel gem. § 286 Abs. 3 HGB verwiesen. Im Geschäftsjahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der EURA Personal GmbH durch die alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer, Herr Dr. Edgar Forster und Herr Bülent Tulay. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
