Anhang für 2017 (zur Offenlegung bestimmte, verkürzte Fassung)Allgemeine HinweiseDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 (1) HGB wurden bei der Erstellung des Anhangs teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gem. § 274a HGB wurden ebenfalls in Anspruch genommen. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde gemäß § 264 (1) Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Euroffice General Partner 1-GmbH i. L. mit Sitz Düsseldorf im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Düsseldorf unter der Nummer HRB 63795 eingetragen. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenFür die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur BilanzForderungen Es bestehen keine Forderungen gegenüber der Gesellschafterin. Verbindlichkeiten Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Gesellschafterin. Sonstige Angaben Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr 2017/2018 beschäftigte die Gesellschaft wie im Vorjahr keine Mitarbeiter. Haftungsverhältnisse Vorschüsse und Kredite an Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung sowie Haftungsverhältnisse zugunsten von Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführung bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. Unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin Die Gesellschaft war bis zum 31. März 2018 unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Euroffice 454 GmbH & Co. KG, Düsseldorf. Liquidation Durch Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 28. Juni 2018 wurde die Auflösung der Gesellschaft mit Wirkung zum 30. Juni 2018 beschlossen. Konzernverhältnisse Der Jahresabschluss der Euroffice General Partner 1-GmbH i. L. wird in den Konzernabschluss der Fonds Euroffice S.A.S., 22 rue de Docteur Lancereaux, 75008 Paris (kleinster und größter Kreis) einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss ist am Sitz der Fonds Euroffice S.A.S. erhältlich.
