Die MOLFINO Vermietungsgesellschaft mbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Für den Anhang wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen. Ein Lagebericht wurde nicht erstellt.
Wir haben erstmalig die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BiIMoG) angewandet. Auswirkungen auf den Jahresabschluss ergaben sich nicht. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.
Die Finanzanlagen sind mit einem Merkposten bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und entsprechen den Beträgen der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme.

Die Gesellschaft hat sich an folgenden Personengesellschaften als persönlich haftender Gesellschafter beteiligt:

Eigenkapital
Alleinige Gesellschafterin ist die MOLARIS Verwaltungs- und Vermietungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf. Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00. Zusammen mit dem bestehenden Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von € 2.325,14 und dem Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von € 960,44 ergibt sich ein Eigenkapital von € 28.285,58.
Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen wurden für die Steuer des Wirtschaftsjahres 2010 gebildet.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt worden.
