AnhangI. Vorbemerkung Der Jahresabschluss der ARMINIUS Property Management GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB, des GmbH-Gesetzes und der Satzung der Gesellschaft in der derzeit gültigen Fassung erstellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 (2) HGB angewendet. II. Bewertung Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert, unter Berücksichtigung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips, bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle zum Zeitpunkt der Abschlusserstellung erkennbaren Risiken und sonstigen Verpflichtungen und sind hinreichend und notwendig. Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als 5 Jahren. III. Geschäftsführung Die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft wurden während des Geschäftsjahres vom 09.06.-31.12.2011 von dem Gesellschafter Herrn Uwe Kotscha geführt. IV. Ergebnisverwendung Der Gesellschafterversammlung wird vorgeschlagen, den Fehlbetrag für die Zeit vom 09.06.-31.12.2011 i. H. v. € 6.358,27 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. V. Sonstige Angaben Wechselverbindlichkeiten, Bürgschaften, Gewährleistungsverträge oder andere Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB bestehen im Geschäftsjahr nicht. Gewährte Pfandrechte und sonstige Sicherheiten i. S. d. § 268 (7) HGB bestehen im Geschäftsjahr nicht. Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Vorschüsse oder Kredite i. S. d. § 285 Nr. 9 HGB an Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung gewährt. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 11.07.2012 festgestellt.
