A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die verwendeten Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden
entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Grundsätzen
ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung.
Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt. Es wurde die lineare Abschreibungsmethode gewählt.
Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu
Anschaffungskosten, bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden
Wert.
Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger
kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und
berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und
erkennbaren Risiken.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem
Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
B. Informationen zur Bilanz
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze sind
gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.
Während des Geschäftsjahres 2012 wurde die
Geschäftsführung durch
Herrn Alexander Raab und Herrn Michael Berling
wahrgenommen.
