AnhangSport & Work Rasch GmbH, GevelsbergAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 ist nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 (1) HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen erfolgt ausgehend von den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Die Sachanlagen werden linear abgeschrieben. Bei den beweglichen Anlagegütern wird auf Zugänge die Abschreibung pro rata temporis verrechnet. Die Vorräte werden gemäß § 240 (2) HGB lt. vorgelegter Inventur bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bilanziert. Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Bis zur Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen ist durch angemessen dotierte Rückstellungen Rechnung getragen. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem Anlagespiegel zu ersehen. Umlaufvermögen Der Forderungsbestand enthält eine Forderung gegenüber dem Gesellschafter i. H. v. 325,36 €,die Restlaufzeit beträgt weniger als ein Jahr. Rückstellung für Abschluss und Prüfung Die Rückstellung betrifft die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses 2014. Verbindlichkeiten Im Fremdkapital ist ein Gesellschafterdarlehen i. H. v. 62.500,00 € enthalten, die Restlaufzeit beträgt mehr als 5 Jahre. Rein rechnerisch ergibt sich für das Jahr 2014 ein Kapitalfehlbetrag i.H.v. 13.622,81 €. Dem gegenüber steht das Gesellschafterdarlehn i.H.v. 62.500,00 €. Der Gesellschafter Stefan Rasch erklärt den Rangrücktritt seiner Darlehnsforderung in Höhe des eingetretenen Kapitalfehlbetrages gegenüber allen anderen an die GmbH gestellten Forderungen bis auf weiteres. Geschäftsführung Stefan Rasch, Herne Ergebnisverwendung Der eingetretene Jahresfehlbetrag i. H. v. 38.622,81 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
