ANHANG zum Jahresabschluss per 31. Dezember 20221. Allgemeine Angaben Die nice2have GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 I HGB mit einem angestellten Geschäftsführer. Sie betreibt ein im Jahr 2014 gegründetes Geschäft als Concept Store in Bad Nauheim. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes wurden beachtet. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 275 ff HGB. Die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 266 I und § 276 HGB eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden in Anspruch genommen. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB in Bezug auf Angaben im Anhang wurde Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Buchführung und der Jahresabschluss entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. 3.
