B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die flüssigen Mittel und das Eigenkapital werden zum Nennbetrag bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die s onstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. C. Angaben zur Bilanz Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von Euro 123.375,46 (Vorjahr: 288.573,79) aus Steuern. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr (Vorjahr: 722.317,26 Euro) Auf Grundlage der Verlautbarung der Bundessteuerberaterkammer zum Ausweis passiver latenter Steuern, wird abweichend des §274 HGB für die ComvaHRo GmbH, welche die Erleichterungen des §274a Nr.5 HGB in Anspruch nimmt, auf den Ausweis von passiven latenten Steuern verzichtet. Nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 863.939 Euro sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Mit Beschluss vom 04.03.2024 wurde am 09.03.2024 eine Vorabausschüttung für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 in Höhe von 600.000 Euro an die Gesellschafter ausgeschüttet. Ein Ausweis in der Bilanz 2023 erfolgte nicht. D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen Auf Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden handelsrechtlich außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen in Höhe von 2.898,59 Euro vorgenommen. Diese sind mit einem dauerhaften Wertverlust zu begründen. E.
