ANHANGGole Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH zum Jahresabschluss 31.12.2011 A. Allgemeiner Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Bilanz wurde nach § 266 HGB gegliedert. Die zur Erläuterung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erforderlichen Angaben sind in dem Anhang übernommen worden. Nach den angegebenen Größenklassen im § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist: Frau Dr. Petra Lehmann B. Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethode Bei der Bewertung der Aktiva und Passiva wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Im Einzelnen wird nach folgenden Grundsätzen bewertet: Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 Euro. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. C. Angaben und Erläuterung zu den Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 (2) HGB aufgestellt.
