ANHANG zum 30. Juni 2014Greta 40. Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH/ BerlinAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 30. Juni 2014 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274a, 276, 288 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten und soweit es sich um abnutzbares Sachanlagevermögen handelt, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. In den Sonstigen Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung erfolgte mit dem EZB-Referenzkurs. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeitenspiegel:
