ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 20181. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 wurde unter Anwendung der Vorschriften des HGB (§§ 238 ff. HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB hat die Hongfu Trade GmbH für den Jahresabschluss die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 Satz 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Ein Lagebericht war nicht zu erstellen. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Es kommt die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahre der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrag angesetzt. Die Ansätze der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgten zum Rückzahlungsbetrag. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten insbesondere Vorauszahlungen auf das Kalenderjahr 2016 entfallende Anteile von den Beiträgen der Versicherungskosten. Bei den sonstigen Rückstellungen handelt es sich um die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen. Die Gesellschaft ist überschuldet. Zur Vermeidung der Antragspflicht nach § 64 GmbH-Gesetz haben die Gesellschafter die Rangrücktrittserklärung abgegeben. Der Bilanzverlust in Höhe von EUR 855.547,09 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. 4. Sonstige Angaben Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Wirtschaftsjahr Herr Xiqing Xia, Kaufmann, bestellt. Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den einschränkenden Bestimmungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Die Prüfung der Buchführung, der Unterlagen und der Wertansätze war nicht Gegenstand unseres Auftrages. Wir haben die Geschäftsführung auf etwaige Insolvenzantragsverpflichtungen hingewiesen.
