AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach dem in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht Firmenname laut Registergericht: MBV Immoservice GmbH Firmensitz laut Registergericht: Dresden Registereintrag: Handelsregister Registergericht: Dresden Register-Nr.: HRB 31347 Angewendete Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis einschließlich € 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs sofort abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Der Ansatz der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die Vorschriften zur Rechnungsabgrenzung wurden beachtet. Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem zu erwartenden Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Alle bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstandenen und bis zum Tage der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken sind berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. Mitarbeiter Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Wirtschaftsjahr 2021 durchschnittlich 2 (Vj. 5) Arbeitnehmer.
