ANHANGDie EoroRapid GmbH wurde am 19. März 2003 in Hamburg gegründet. Als persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin (Komplementärin) ohne eigene Kapitaleinlage ist sie an der Deutsche EoroRapid GmbH & Co. KG beteiligt. Sie führt die Geschäfte der Deutsche EoroRapid GmbH & Co. KG und wird durch ihre(n) Geschäftsführer vertreten. Die EoroRapidGmbH erhält für die Wahrnehmung ihrer vertraglichen Funktion bei der Deutsche EoroRapid GmbH & Co. KG eine jährliche Vergütung in Höhe von 5 % des eingezahlten Stammkapitals. Dieser Betrag in Höhe von 2.891,64 € wurde 2012 wegen der besonderen Umstände des Geschäftsbetriebs nicht erhoben und wird ggf. später nachberechnet. Die Anleihen, welche die Deutsche EoroRapid GmbH & Co. KG der EoroRapid GmbH begeben hat, saldieren sich im Geschäftsjahr 2012 zu 9.600,00 €, Position A.III. auf der Aktivseite der Bilanz. Die Bilanz schließt hiernach mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag / Verlust in Höhe von 10.634,48 € und einer Bilanzsumme von 10.074,77 €. Per 31.12.2012 beträgt der nicht durch Vermögensanteile gedeckte Verlustanteil der EoroRapid GmbH an der Deutsche GmbH & Co. KG 8.680,98 €. Die EoroRapid GmbH wendet kaufmännisch das Gesamtkostenverfahren unter Wertzuweisung nach vereinnahmten und verausgabten Entgelten an. Arbeitnehmer wurden im Geschäftsjahr 2012 nicht beschäftigt. Die Arbeit wird durch das Mitunternehmer-Kollegium erbracht; die Geschäftsführung erfolgt in freier und einzelgewerblicher Tätigkeit (§ 15 Absatz 1 Nr. 2. des Einkommnesteuergesetzes [EStG]). Im Sinne der im Managementkonzept der EoroRapid GmbH vorgesehenen Grundsätze für den Jahresabschluß (§§ 243 Absatz 1 und 265 Absatz 1 des Handelsgesetzbuches [HGB]) ist diese Handhabung zweckdienlich und geschäftsüblich. Die nächste Stufe zur Verwirklichung des EoroRapid-Projektes wurde im Jahre 2010 in Antalya / Türkei beschritten. Dort steht seit dem 24.12.2010 die EoroRapidTR AŞ als Aktiengesellschaft im Handelsregister. Bei der weiteren Projektarbeit hat die EoroRapid GmbH als in Deutschland eingetragene Kapitalgesellschaft im grenzüberschreitenden EoroRapid-Firmenverbund eine wichtige Funktion inne. Der Jahresabschluß 2012 wurde von der Geschäftsführung aufgestellt und der Ordentlichen Gesellschafterversammlung der EoroRapid GmbH am 14.12.2012 unterbreitet. Geschäftsführer sind
