tesa SEHamburgJahresabschluss zum Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2012 bis zum 31.12.2012Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns für das Geschäftsjahr 2012Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat schlagen vor, aus dem Bilanzgewinn von EURO 44.252.320,59 einen Betrag in Höhe von EURO 40.371.000,00 auszuschütten; davon entfallen auf die Beiersdorf Beteiligungs GmbH EURO 36.333.900,00 und auf die Beiersdorf AG EURO 4.037.100,00. Der Anspruch auf die Dividende soll am 16. Mai 2013 fällig werden. Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen den restlichen Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EURO 3.881.320,59 in die anderen Gewinnrücklagen einzustellen. Der Vorsitzende bat um Abstimmung über den Antrag des Vorstands und des Aufsichtsrats. Die Hauptversammlung stimmte daraufhin durch Handaufheben einstimmig dem Beschlussvorschlag des Vorstands und des Aufsichtsrats zu. Der Vorsitzende verkündete das vorstehende Beschlussergebnis und stellte fest, dass der Beschluss einstimmig mit allen Stimmen der Aktionäre gefasst wurde. |
