ANHANG

Der Jahresabschluss 2010 wurde auf der Grundlage der Gesetzlichkeiten in der BRD erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist weiterhin eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermogens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die vorgenommenen Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Listungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 25000 € und ist voll einbezahlt.

Für erkennbare Risiken wurde eine Rückstellung gebildet, der Rest wurde gewinnerhöhend aufgelöst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft wurden mit dem Rückzahlungswert angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren gab es.

Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2010 wurden die Geschäfte durch den Geschäftsführer Zoltan Orsos geführt. Weitere Mitarbeiter hatte die Gesellschaft nicht.
