ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesern Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzses zu beachten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklasse ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Indentifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht Firmenname laut Registergericht: Uniar GmbH Firmensitz laut Registergericht: Oberhaching Registereintrag: Handelsregister Registergericht: München Register-Nr.: HRB 175785 Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um palnmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und. soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßige Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstand linear vorgenommen. Die Finanzamlagen (Beteilgungen) wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und bewertet, und soweit erforderlich, wurde der an Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Die Vorräte wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurde diese angesetzt. Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbare Risiken bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstige Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet, dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertunsgmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Angaben zur Bilanz Der entgeltlich erworbene Geschäfts- und Firmenwert wurde aktiviert. Als betriebsgewöhliche Nutzungsdauer wurde 15 Jahre festgelegt. Angaben zu Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer 1 Jahr Der Betrag der Forderungen von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 1.569.588,04 EUR (Vorjahr: 2.765,17 EUR). Angaben zur Restlaufzeitvermerken Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 563.451,02 EUR (Vorjahr: 38.892.330,26 EUR), davon 129.062,50 EUR Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter ( Vorjahr: 184.062,50 EUR). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restalufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 42.965.937,32 EUR (Vorjahr: 797.331,63 EUR). Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigte Arbeitnehmer betrug 5.
