AnhangI . Allgemein Die Talently GmbH (vormals Careereye Deutschland GmbH) mit Sitz in Berlin ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg unter der Nummer HRB 164273 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und der Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß den in § 267 Abs. 1 HGB genannten Größenmerkmalen als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzuordnen. Sie nimmt die erleichterten Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften für den Anhang in Anspruch. Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft ist das Kalenderjahr und umfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde von der going-concern-Prämisse ausgegangen. Für das Anlagevermögen wurde eine Anlagenkartei vorgelegt, die für jeden Vermögensgegenstand sowohl die Anschaffungskosten als auch die aufgelaufenen Abschreibungen und die Buchwerte enthält. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu fortgeführten Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden ausschließlich nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Bankguthaben wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Auszahlungen vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die als Aufwendungen für die Zeit danach zu erfassen sind. Das Eigenkapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von TEUR 25 stimmt mit den Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages und den Angaben im Handelsregister überein. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt worden und berücksichtigen alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren passivierungspflichtigen Risiken in angemessener Höhe. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. sonstige Angaben Im Berichtsjahr waren durchschnittlich 8 Arbeitnehmer (ohne Geschäftsführer) beschäftigt. Geschäftsführer im Wirtschaftsjahr war Herr Julian Andersch (Informationselektroniker Fachbereich Geräte- und Systemtechnik), Berlin. Alleinige Gesellschafterin der Talently GmbH (vormals: Careereye Deutschland GmbH) ist die Nordic Online AB, Stockholm/Schweden, die als oberste Gesellschaft einen Konzernabschluss erstellt, in den der vorliegende Jahresabschluss einbezogen wird. Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres 2017 sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung eingetreten.
